Answers: I watched this movie a few weeks ago, linsay had a twin when they were born so when the accident happend where the one girl was kidnapped linsay felt it and she was never complete w/o her sister, everything that was happening to her sister was happening to her in another town...when they found linsay it wasn't the parents daughter it was her twin sister and the father knew all along that his daughter had a twin and was to ashamed to say anything but linsay knew her sister was alive b/c she felt all the pain that the man was causing her so when they did finally find her the twin they felt complete...i think she found her in a grave or something and laid next to her (it's been about a month since i saw it)) and that's when they both felt complete. hope this helps!
