also if it is better than Disturbia
Answers: I saw it in the theaters. It was pretty scary (the jumpy kind of scary mostly) and it stuck with me a bit afterward. Id rate it a B-, but Disturbia gets an A just because it seems more realistic. It also is a horror movie that includes romance and comedy. I just love it. B
a good movie with some scares and is a hell of a head ride, it is in the same style as "The Shining" and John Cusak and Samuel L. Jackson turn in superb performances
Disturbia was an A- in my opinion so i guess NO!! it is not better than Disturbia, but dont let that change your mind on seeing it 1408 is an amazing physco thriller flick 1408 was great! I havent seen Disturbia but I doubt it is anything like it. 1408 exceeded my expectations for it and it is a very underrated movie. I sugges t you go see it or watch it online at onlinecinema.org and ovguide.com. I saw it in the theatre and it was superb. A+++ I haven't seen Disturbia, so I can't compare the two (sorry)
But I'd definitely give 1408 an 'A'. It was an awesome movie! absolutely. 1408 keeps a good pace. I do like disturbia also, except I think it fell off in the end. definitely worth watching. especially during the night. Well I haven't seen 1408 but I know Disturbia is a really great movie so is transformers:) yes and yes! disturbia was just jumpy at some parts and was overall a little lame. 1408 was scary as hell and it creeps you out...i'd definitely suggest anything with john cusack i love him! I feel asleep during Disturbia, it was too long and got a little boring in the middle. I like 1408 though, I would say B+ to A-
