If Netflix sends you a scratched disk do they compensate you and if so, how so? Do you think this is fair?
Answers: when that happened to us, they sent the replacement movie and the next movie on our list. So, we had an additional movie out. THey were really good about that. they will send you a replacement, jyust go to your account and mark that DVD as damaged, they will send a new one, while they do that put the damaged one back in the mail to them Haha......netflix sucks....they are good for that. Why would they compensate you? Just send it back and they'll either send you a new one or credit you I suppose. I'm sure they wouldn't do it intentionally. If free replacement is compensation, then yeah. just write scratched on the case and they will give you a new one I once got a cd that was completely broke in half. all i did was go on the website and reported it right away, and they sent me a new one right away. sorry dear it might be a mistake Netfilx doesn't do such thing if it's so then contact them on the web and tell them you problem
