Do you think they should kind of put parts 1-4 together and make it like that or not include anything about the mother in the remake and tell me why you think they should or shouldnt
Answers: Well my opinion kind sr. is that they sould put parts 2-4 together. I heard that the mother will not be in the remake and that Jason will in fact have his hockey mask. i think they should leave it alone. The series has always left the door open for sequels so why not do another. Going back to the beginning is rather pointless. We already have the pre-Jason movie with the first one and is one of the best campy horror movies of all time.
From the sounds of it though they want to start a whole new series kind of like what they did with The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. What we will most likely get is a version that relies more on gore than substance. I predict it to fail in comparison to the originals but will most likely make a ton of money because the average horror audience is a bunch of suckers.
