Does Netflix check their DVD's for scratches before they ship them or do they just take them in and ship them
out without checking?
Answers: The just send them right out again, unless the previous person had a problem with it. Then they'll check it out. It would be pretty difficult for them to check every single movie that comes in everyday.

Worked in a video store for a year, and have had Netflix for about a year (I swear by them) they just check it in and ship it out to the next person. you have to call them and they tell you that they got the message and send you another one. you can also enclose a note with it but i'm not sure how effective that is. They check. They do not check - if you go online you can report it and they will send you a new one before you send back the scratched one. They only check them in and send them back out again. They don't look for scratches on the DVDs.
