No, neither of these movies have been released. I think that I heard that Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is due to be released some time in December, but it also could be November. I just remember that it wasn't soon enough!!!

'Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End' is scheduled for release in the United States on December 4th, 2007. I don't believe that there is a set release date as of yet for 'Order of the Phoenix,' but rumor has it as mid-November.

I depends where you live. They haven't came out in the US yet. A movie is usually released 3 months after it's in the theaters.
