They were Chinese produced films that were dubbed into english. USA network used to run a Kung Fu Theater special on Sundays, years ago. But look them up that way.
I liked watching these: Enter the Dragon, Shaolin Master Killer, Return of the Dragon, Bruce Lee: Fists of Fury, Bruce Lee: Game of Death, Drunken Master with Jackie Chan (1978), The Buddhist Fist, The Five Deadly Venoms, Code of Silence, A Force of One, Shaolin Temple, and Karate Kiba.
Gymkata (actually a 1985 film).

The melding of gymnastics and the martial arts.
Starring olympic gymnast Kurt Thomas.

A real classic.
