Answers: i haven't seen any of them so what's the name of that one character.. the doll guy? he has red circles on his cheeks and hair and his eyes are creepy and his face is white. hes not a human.

oh and how is he important in the story? what role does he play? is he a killer??

yeah i saw the second one over a friends house which wasn't as gruesome as the rest... yeah the doll is just a cover up like his logo it really is this old man dying of cancer and he is twisted and trying to show people to appreciate life. cus he said when he never appreciated life until he was diagnosed with terminal cancer. so know he gets people that don't appreciate life (like people that do drugs or try to commit suicide) and tries to show them how life is important by making them fight to live. however not all of them live only like one or two make it out alive. But he kills them in a tortures way. it sick(not in a good way)

i saw about 25 minutes of the third one at the theaters cus my friends wanted to see. but dude it was DISGUSTING i don't know how people could watch that. its horrible your watching people fight for their life's and you know they are going to die! they are like ripping off their skin and cutting there legs off to get out of some traps or putting there hands in acid to reach a key to set themselves free. and the more is gruesome!!! to any point imaginable.they leave nothing out its is a very detailed i mean you see the bones crack, skin dissolve and guts come out , skin rip off the flesh.. aww its so vivid. and it sort of burns in your mind... its disgusting. i walked out of the theaters and was pretty upset at my friends for wanting to watch people die a slow tortures death. there's something wrong with that director.. i cant believe they made a 4th one. buts it not scary its just the most gruesome and horrible thing in the world. I'm not watching it or any other movies like that.

I dont know were on the link the other guy gave does it say the doll character is the killer because he is not.

I have seen the first 3 movies and i am waiting for the 4th. And you learn that the doll pretty much is a COVER UP to the real KILLER. The doll is just a dumby on a unicycle that appears after the deaths and what not. The actual killer is a man who sets traps for his victums to die in.

I guess you can say he is an important part because hes pretty much the logo of the movie, his role as i said is like a cover in a way i guess and no he is not the killer.

Edit: He is also not human! He is not wearing a mask he is only a doll. The only mask in any of the saw movies is the pig mask.

the doll is what the real killer uses as a cover up. the real killer is the most important character in the story because without him there would be no story. he is the one who sets up all the "tests" that the victims have to go through and try and survive.
