Splash (1984) is from Disney's Touchstone Pictures. It's a live-action film with Daryl Hannah as the mermaid and Tom Hanks as the man she's been in love with since they were children and she rescued him.

"Aquamarine" is along the same lines though it isn't a Disney picture. It's live-action, too, and actually is a very cute film.

"The Little Mermaid" is, of course, a Disney movie.
