Answers: were supposed to go somewhere and it says a 4 D movie. My friend said it could be imax but she doesnt know.

4D movies are fun. 3D is obviously where you put on the glasses and it looks like things are popping out at you. 4D is where it DOES pop out at you. I went to see one when I was at Busch Gardens that was about a Pirate quest. The seat vibrated, it'd spray or drop water on you (just lightly), blow air on your neck .... whatevers necessary to make you feel like you're part of the movie.

Must be a typo, 4 dimensions, not possible.

I did some research and discovered that 4D movies are 3D movies with physical effects, such as surround sound or seats that have motion, ie; vibration during earth quake scenes.

a 4 d movie is when it is 3 d but you can feel things. like in the haunted lighthouse there was a splash of water and you felt water splash on you face

4d is where there are effects such as those that effect the four other sense - I seen SHREK in 4D at warner bros - WOW - they had fairies flying around, and spiders dropping from ceilings and the felt so real - they use like air to mimic spider feet on your neck or water spray guns to mimic shreks snotty sneaze - and heaps more -....its wicked

--You wear glasses *like any 3D movie*
--sit in powered chairs that movie u through the entire movie
--and say that the movie had rats or water in it *just and example*
than they would spray a light mist of actual water of have little streams of air like at ur feet to make it seem like rats tails or something

so, when you see in 4D you see where that object has been, like a smear of it's past. we can't see this otherwise our vision would just be one big blur. so i'm sorry there's no such thing as a 4D movie.

I went to a 4D Shrek show in Universal Studios, it was so much fun! The seats started vibrating, and like these rubber snakes like popped out from under the seat and started rubbing against my ankles. I had a great time.

4D is when you watch a 3D movie and when a character sneezes or falls in water the audience gets splashed, or if there are spiders they shoot the audiences feet with air so it feels like something is on the floor. Stuff like that

AHHHHH! I love 4D movies! 4D is when it's in 3D, but also has other special effects, such as spraying water at you, fake bugs dropping from the ceiling, etc. Examples are A Bugs Life in Magic Kingdom and Shrek's 4D ride in Universal Studios.
But the best one is the Terminator ride in Universal Studios, where they actually have actors who put on a show. It's so cool, it should be called 5D(JK)
