Question: First of all I think the Bourne trilogy are some of the best movies that I have seen...... I was wondering when I was watching the movies the stuff that the CIA were doing when they were tracking people all over the world..... Is it true that they can do that stuff like track your cellphone number and listen in on your calls and stuff like that.....? Is this true or not....?
