What is the name of this '60s or '70s suspense film?!
Question: The main character is a kid who is some sort of a scout troop. He is a compulsive liar. Unfortunately, he sees a real crime being committed (I don't remember what kind of crime, but probably murder). He tries to tell all the adults in his life, but none of them believe him. In fact, his troop leader calls the scouts together to to tell them that no one is to believe the kid because he is a liar. The kid's problem is that the criminals know that he knows what they did, so they have to come after him.
