60's/70's(?) British movie (man goes to antarctic to document penguins?)!
Question: Been searching for this movie for over 20 years. A man who was a partying womanizer gets a job where he has to go to the antarctic (or arctic) to document penguins and the story follows him from apathy to passion. He gets so passionate that he I believe fights going back to civilization and indeed I think he stays. Either that or he goes back, can't handle it and chooses to return. Sorry its been so long so details are fuzzy. Please if someone knows the title or maybe even the actor of this film please let me know! Thanks
