Do you buy genuine DVD's, or copies/fakes?!

Question: when i can i buy fakes because you tend not to watch them alot so why oay the ridiculous prices in the shops for something you may watch 2/3 times, when you can pay £3 for a copy of good quality. Rightly or wrongly i don't like paying extortionate prices for things.

I download my own and put them on disc.
And you want to know why?????

Thou shalt not steal.
anyone smell bacon?
Do you work for the fbi ha ha ha genuine is always better but soooo expensive when newly released then ur kicking urself in 2 minths time wen u see it in town for 1/4 the price
both, the big reason i buy copies is the new movies are only on the cinema and being a single parent with a young child, i cant go if the movie is 12+ they should put them on pay per view on sky, cable for parents who cant get to the cinema.
let me give you an example lets say you download illegally the windows vista from the different sources on the internet you will not be able to get any updates and maybe the download will have alot of viruses DOES THIS HELP
i buy genuine ones, i like the extras you get like the making of etc..
any time i've watched a copy it has jumped or stuck and that just p!sses me off.
i ordered them at amazon.com
Genuine. Always. I have been loaned copies before, and I refuse to watch them. Why do so many people watch illegal DVD's when all it results in is the industry losing money, and therefore producing worse movies?

Same with CD's. We copy them for the car, but I think that's actually legal, because we have still paid for the original which is in the house. Maybe I'm wrong, and it is actually illegal - but at least we've paid for the original so the artist, etc, gets their money!
genuine
Genuine if it's a good movie. But I usually download movies and put them on a cd for my own use(!)
I always buy genuine DVD′s. Some experts told me that the copies could be dangerous for a DVD player.
I think you can see DVD copies on a PC, maybe it′s not so bad for it.
I rent. It′s better.
i buy most of mine in shops and supermarkets.sometimes i buy them at markets are they genuine in the market to tell the truth ive never really thought about it.so maybe i have
Purchase genuine copies. Why? Because real people are making these films and their livelyhood depends on the income generated from not only theatrical releases, but also from subsequent after-market (DVD) sales. Additionally, with bootleg copies the quality is FAR & AWAY substandard to a studio released version. Going to the cinema is a communal experience; and soon with technology ushering the way for digital-direct downloads we as a people will be stuck at home missing out on the experience of enjoying the magic of movies enmass. That would be a sad thing, indeed.

Buy movies and support the craft of filmmaking!
