he was in the hospital in a deleted scene on the dvd. (he killed a nurse in a pretty awesome scene)

i believe rob said he cut the scene because he didn't want to make the same movie as house of 1000 corpses. he was done with the dr. satan storyline.

i think he is still underground doing his thing but if you want to hear hear it from the man then i'd say go to rob's my space page and ask him maybe he'll anwser
