There was a second one... The Book of Shadows. It came out about a year after the first one I believe.
It's not a straight sequel but it does mention/reference the first one in it's setup. It was critically panned for sure, but it definitely wasn't the worst movie around.
I remember at the time they were going to make a 3rd one as well, but I believe that idea was thrown out long ago. I believe that one was going to be a prequel of sorts.
