Does anyone know the title of this 70's movie about witchcraft?!

Question: It's about this teenage girl who is sad because her mother has recently remarried. Not only does she have to share her mother with this new guy, but he also has his own teenage daughter who is prettier, more popular and more outgoing than the main character.

Then somehow she learns that she can do witchcraft. She teams up with some creepy lady down the block to learn more about her powers, and then she proceeds to exact revenge on the people around her. The revenge escalates to the point where she is sure to kill someone. Then her mother sends her husband and step-daughter away for the weekend so she can "talk some sense" into her own daughter. That is when you discover that the daughter did not just get her powers out of nowhere; she inherited them from her mother. The two of them have a bit of a showdown with their powers, until the girl realizes her mother cares and understands her.

MIDNIGHT OFFERINGS (1981 TV movie)

Summary:
In a shocking bit of counter-casting, Melissa Sue Anderson stars in this TV-movie shocker as Vivian Sotherland, a beautiful -- and wholly evil -- teenaged witch. Accustomed to eliminating anyone who gets in her way, Vivian has lovingly made certain that her sweetheart David Sterling (Patrick Cassidy) will not flunk out of high school through the simple expedient of killing all his teachers. Alas, the clueless David throws Vivian over in favor of a new girl in school, Robin Prentiss (Mary Beth McDonough). Fully prepared to add Robin to her ever-growing list of victims, Vivian is rather put out to discover that her romantic rival possesses a few supernatural powers of her own.

Midnight Offerings?

This sounds a lot like an ABC Movie of the Week. It starred Melissa Sue Anderson (Little House on the Prairie), Mary Elizabeth McDonough (The Waltons), Cathryn Damon (Soap), and Patrick Cassidy (David and Shaun's younger brother) and Marion Ross (Happy Days). I don't remember the name of it, however. I don't know if you can search the ABC internet archives for the name.

I remember watching it, though, and it seemed scary at the time.
