...anyone remember this old cartoon movie???!
Question: ...I have a vague memory, which reemerges every once in a while, about a cartoon movie from the early...or maybe mid-seventies. A young girl is cursed to become a werewolf, when the moon is full; she falls for a guy, but her gypsy grandmother tries to avert the romance, knowing what would happen at night, when the moon is full. The girl decides to reveal her secret to her new boyfriend, and under the light of the full moon, she changes into a werewolf in front of him; instead of being repulsed or scared, he laughs, and says something like, "Hey, that's real cool, because under the full moon (...as his skin suddenly turns green, and he grows fangs), I turn into a vampire". The both laugh together, and then continue the romance...
...not sure if this was a theatrical film, or what; can someone out there help???

...sounds like one of the mini-movies, in the early '70's Saturday morning cartoon series, called "Saturday Superstar Movies"; I remember seeing something like that, too, but I forget the title of the mini-movie, itself. If I find something, I will post an edit...

...A-HA!!! Found It!!! Per the webpage below, there were several of this mini-movies, in the two seasons of the "Saturday Superstar Movies", and I am abashed in so many memories, just reading over the various titles; the one YOU are referring to, was a small segment from the mini-movie "Luvcast USA", which was a kid-friendly cartoon take on the early seventies T.V. comedy, "Love American Style"...
...Oh, Man!!! Now that you're stirred up those memories, now I have to find out if I can get any of these titles, myself; I just HAVE to add them to my film collection...
