An old movie I once saw......?!

Question: There is a pirate, who is actually a respected citizen, but dons the pirate disguise to rob those who are rich by evil. I think there is a stowaway, or maybe a kidnapped woman, who gets in everyone's way and goes thru the loot. She tries on this really fancy gown and the pirate shakes her and tells her to take it off. She accidentally rips a small hole in the petticoat.

Later, when she is at a party, she sees the pirate's fiancee- who doesn't know he is a pirate, wearing the same exact dress, and tells her she had put a small tear in it, "right about here", and shows her the rip.

The pirate's true identity is discovered, and he is imprisoned. The stowaway lady and his crew rescue him.

The very end of the movie, the pirate is hugging the stowaway on the ship, and someone in the background says,"Ten o'clock and all's well." And she says, "You got that right". And they kiss, and it ends.

Anyone have any ideas? I have already tried IMDB many times.
