Question: when tammy and andy were on the subway underground, how did andy's eye turn almost red after he was bitten by his dad? i know he's immune to it, so whats up with the red? oh yeah and at the end how do you think they all died, did andy somehow turn into them and kill tammy and that helicopter dude?

The mom was the same way and she had one red eye. It meant that they had the disease but did not change because they were also immune to it. All they had to was kiss, sweat, or spit on someone and they would get it. So I am sure he gave it to his sister and the helicopter pilot. Thats why you saw people running around in a different area with the disease.
