I try to go by the example of Optimus Prime. His knowledge and wisdom were gained by having a huge responsibility thrust on him when he was made the leader of the Autobots. He makes mistakes but he learns from them, that is true wisdom. I have made mistakes but i have learned from them and adapted because of them to make myself a better person. If only more people lived their life by learning from mistakes (others or their own).
