Best Christmas Movies .... Classics and Reminder movies?!

Question: Not Badder Santa! I mean Christmas movies I can watch with my kids.

Both Classics like Miracle on 34th Stree AND movies like While You Were Sleeping. I love how the whole movie takes place around Christmas, makes you want to put up the tree!

There are some really great ones out there. I love to watch these with my daughter....
Muppet Christmas Carol - (It's great for young and old)
The Grinch Who Stole Christmas
Gafield's Christmas
Prancer
Elf
It's a Wonderful Life - (All time classic)
Love Actually - (For Adults)
Scrooge - (There are several Versions)
Jingle All the Way
The Santa Clause - (any of them)
The Night Before Christmas - (the cartoon with the mice)

I can't think of anymore at this time.

Maybe not with the kids but my all time fav is
National Lampoons Christmas Vaction. That is a classic.
Christmas Story also, its not Christmas without either of those.

Jingle All the Way and I'll be Home for Christmas

I LOVE the home alone movies! I loved them when i was younger and still get the same christmas spirit feeling when watching them now!

There is a whole bunch of good films for kids, I remember lots of made for TV movies that still have the feelgood factor of 11! :)

I would have to say the best Christmas movie is.

Christmas Vacation
The Christmas Story
Charley browns Christmas Story

My girls loved Prancer...tear jerker. Our all time favorite is National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation when they got a little older. We also liked the one that had Ralphie in it "you'll shoot your eye out". I can't remember the name of it right now.

I love Elf with Will Ferrell. Really christmasy and funny and makes me cry cos I'm a saddo!

i just love " while you were sleeping", beautiful feel good movie, and yes, i sometimes watch it halfway through the year just to get a christmas fix. Gosh there are heaps of fantastic christmas movies from the old musicals, like "white christmas" with bing crosby, to some really cheesy ones like " a christmas with mom". heaps of ones you can watch with yur kids like " a muppet christmas carol", " rudolf the red nosed reindeer", and that one with tom hanks in it aboard the train, cnat think of it. if you google christmas movies, it comes up with 69 million sites, have a sticky beak through there. merry christmas

A Christmas Story, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, that one Tim Allen movie (Santa Clause or something like that?), A Nightmare Before Christmas.

My all-time favorite Christmas show is actually Rudolph.3

By the way, A Christmas Story is the one with Ralphie, the Red Rider bb gun, the mongrel dogs next door, you'll shoot your eye out, the kid sticking his tongue to the lightpost, etc. It's either TNT or TBS that runs it for 24 hours starting midway through Christmas Eve.

Classic...I think ever is the best...
