The Godfather, despite the third part, it's still the most enjoyable trilogy ever.
Lord of the Rings - I think that all three of the films were consistently great. I can't think of any other trilogies that didn't become disappointing after awhile.

As a Star Wars fan, it borders on blasphemy to say this, but my favorite trilogy to watch is Back to the Future. All three BTTF movies are good, they're all fun to watch, and they don't have the uneven quality and style of storytelling because Robert Zemeckis directed all three movies. The Star Wars movies are well done and fun to watch, but they also have plenty of grim moments (Empire was pretty much one BIG grim moment) and a certain amount of cheese factor (the Ewoks in Jedi, and the first two movies of the prequel trilogy).
Don't get me wrong, I love the original Star Wars trilogy, but when you consider the films **as** a trilogy rather than individual movies, BTTF is the winner in my book.

Of the ones listed probably the Austin Powers or Beverly Hills Cop trilogies. My favourite series of movies though was the Alien series..Go Ripley! *LOL*

Definitely Indiana Jones! He was so hot in those movies, even though he was already in his 40's. They had everything: comedy, action, drama and romance.

mine is also the terminator triligy but it wont be a triligy in a few years as terminator 4 is coming out so god damn it they better not ruin what arnie has done.
Nothings been better than LOR. They were consistent through every one of them. They were all great and didn't sway from the books, Which I read before. And there were sooo many sexy guys on it.
