I love horror, so it doesn't scare me, but if this movie doesn't disturb you, you need to go seek professional help, as you will see it was BASED (not completely true) on a true story.....

It's more disturbing than scary. The scary part is the thought that there are actually people out there who are like that.
It's seems sooo scary and gory. I would never see it if I were you because you will get these thoughts that I psychopath will get you in middle of night and then you will not sleep. It's not good for a young boys at 14 or anyone to watch it. I know i'm 18 years old but I won't ever watch it.
Hey if you want a scary one go to a videostore and pick up: Psycho, to Kill a Mockingbird or Misery instead.

It depends on you defention of scary.I think its an okay movie its not really scary but it keeps an intrest and if some screams during a part it might make me jump but if you watch it alone you might not be as scared.
