They probably do! The older and more successful you become, the more you tend to leave out some of the miniscule experiences. I haven't put those 2 weeks I spent telemarketing on an application in years! It doesn't prove anything for me.
Most people start at the bottom and make their way up. Big name artists usually don't go back to doing unnamed roles.
