There was talk of it, but neither Sam raimi or Tobey were thinking of coming back
There's definitely talks about a fourth coming Spidey movie, and imdb already has a page up for it, even though nothing has been confirmed.
There's no cast set up on the page, however, but Tobey did say that if the storyline is good, he'll be back for a fourth.
