Any good horror movies?!

Question: earlier this week i had planned a night out with my g.f, but unfortunately i ended up getting sick 2 days ago. since i can't go out, i told her we should just stay home and watch some good horror movies all day (since it's that time of the year). any good suggestions?

Here is a compiled list of movies that will definitely give you and your girlfriend the shivers this October occasion.

1. 28 Days Later
More than just any ordinary zombie flick, this horror movie will entertain and scare you with its gore and vision of an apocalyptic future.

2. The Descent
A couple of girls are trapped in an unexplored cave, but little do they know that there are other things lurking in the dark; a pack of fearless predators. As they race to find an exit, they are forced to unleash their most primal instincts. A great horror that will leave you afraid of the dark.

3. The Ring
What's more creepier than a ghost crawling out of your television screen? This great thriller has plenty other creepy moments and not to mention, visuals.

4. Halloween (1978)
This list just wouldn't be complete without it.

5. SAW movies (1-3)
The SAW franchise is probably one of the most gruesome and gory movies out there. If you're planning on watching, it's best to start from the first movie (if you haven't seen it) since they're all connected.

Other movies you should watch:

A Nightmare on Elm Street
Night of the Living Dead
The Amityville Horror (1979)
The Exorcist
Seven
Hostel

Have a fun, spooky time.

I like the Saw moives(I just recently saw the first one)
The Grudge
The Ring
etc

leprechaun with jen aniston. hahahahaha.

I just watched The Messengers
and Gothika
those were both good!

ITS NOT REALLY A HORROR MOVIE. BUT "MY LITTLE EYE" (SP?) IS A GREAT THRILLER. ENJOY

Saw 1 2 3 4
Friday the 13th
Haloween
Freddy VS Jason
Chucky

The Grudge!!!!

Saw, The Exorcist, The Shining, Sleepy Hallow, 1408 (not so scary, but strange), Silence of the Lambs, Prince of Darkness (kinda campy), just to name a few.

the village...
(the original) halloween...
the grudge 1/2
saw series
the ring
the village

but the best are the korean horror movies...
god they are the best!

"Super Size me"

trust me, this documentary is scarier than any "Descent" or "Bug" you'll ever see!

i would say some saw movies or a movie that would go under the halloween month like resident evil or Game Over. Game Over was a really good horror movie and i suggested it.

the texas chainsaw massacre
hostel

Haunted House movies are my favorite. Some good examples of those are The Haunting (the original, from 1968, i think) and The Changeling (1980).
The original Amityville Horror is pretty good too.
Aside from those, The Omen and The Exorcist are classics. Again, stick to the originals, the newer versions are useless - but the "scarier" version of the original Exorcist that came out a few years back with some original scenes added back in is great.

the messenger,
texas chainsaw massacre
half light (demi moore)
(a korean called) tale of two sisters

Evil Dead & it's sequels
Alien
The Exorcist
The Amityville Horror
Hellraiser
The Others
Any Stephen King movie

Hills have eyes or wrong turn she'll be holding your arm the whole time trust me
