Witness was released in 1985 and had several scenes of violent death, not to mention the bare breasts of Kelly McGillis.

There's a short part with the Amish chicks' boobs exposed with the camera lingering a little. It's not pornographic, but it is nudity.
Well, it was a somewhat older movie; the ratings have changed so much in just the past ten years.. Yes there was some profanity, blood, death, maybe some suggestive scenes.. But I do not remember nudity.. It wasn't a really bad movie, though I guess since it had all the stuff listed above and it was from the '90s it was considered "R"
