The movie was great. Plot wise it seemed rushed in the end with the rapid killing off of the main characters but it was a brilliant film.
Favourite character had to be Captain Queenan played by Martin Sheen. Was the compass for alot of the film and very intriguing character
not at all...very dissappointed with it. it had all these big name actors in it and seemed like it was going to be really good and then it sucked. the plot was just too unrealistic.

Yes, this was a great movie. Even though it was a remake, Scorsese did a good job into twisting the story to make it his own.
Jack Nicholson's charater was amazingly crazy. And even though his part was small, Alec Baldwin threw in some comic relief.

It was grusome and well thought out, the people were interresting and everyone had a dark, menacing side. The characters were great, each fighting their own demons. The betrayal of friends and lovers was great highlight in the story. Like Leo DiCaprio and Matt Damon were friends, secret enemies, and DiCaprio was having an affair with Damon's doctor girlfriend.
Mark Walhberg played a great character. He was the head of the 'good guys' organization and struggled to bring out his snitch, DiCaprio, before he was killed.
Jack Nicholson was evil as always. A great villian.
Everyone died in the movie but Walhberg and the pregnant doctor girlfriend.
