Confused about saw 4?!
Question: Warning: Spoilers below..so you might not wanna read the following if you havent already seen the movie.
So I saw the movie last night...It was really good..but im a bit confused..
It begins w/ the investigator/cop listening to the tape that they found in jigsaws stomach...but then at the end it seems like he was in it and helped plan it all along!
Also what happens to the other investigator that gets locked in the room with Jigsaw already dead!
Its hard to explain what Im confused about..hopefully someone understands what I mean!

lol. its funny your confused cuz so was my boyfriend. the detective was in on it all along. you have to really think about saw III because thats what its all based on. he was in on it the whole time so pretty much everything that happened in saw IV was what you didnt see while saw III was happening. the behind the scenes kind of thing. the guy locked the other detective in the freezer to die with them because he didnt want to be discovered. they had to have someone behind the whole thing helping it because otherwise saw cant go on. they are supposingly making a saw 5 and 6 (sorry dont know the roman numerals for those). i dont know if that helps you but its pretty much saw III happening the whole time but, this was the other side of it no one knew. So, they brought them together at the end thats why you see him standing there listening to the tape again at the end just like the beginning of the movie. because no one knows he the continuing jigsaw!!
Okay, Saw III and Saw IV's storylines are occuring at the same time. Jigsaw (Tobin Bell) is dead. Though he is gone, he vows that his work will continue.The plot is probably the most complex, as there can be as many as three different subplots going on at the same time. So, The autopsy of Jigsaw, that you witnessed during the first scene of the movie, was, in fact, at the end. Officer Rigg (the black Swat officer) is slowly introduced to the perspective of Jigsaw. Officer Rigg soon finds out that Jigsaw is, in fact, a Donkey.
