i liked the movie because it is probably one of the best book-to-film movies ever. it follows the story very closely. the only thing i didn't like about the movie is the black and white. it hurt my eyes after a while. i prefer the movie because after watching the movie, when ever i pictured scenes in the book happening, it was always with the actors of the movie
I liked the movie because it resembled the book but I didnt like the black and white. im more for the color.

The book is a classic, For the most part movies can never live up to the real thing but in this case they did a pretty good job. Fod some reason though the kid who played the main characted in the book kept getting on my nerves.
