It's in the scene you were talking about with Vader giving instructions to the bounty hunters. They don't show up as well in the FULL screen, not Wide Screen, since that cuts roughly 20 - 25% of the outside of the picture. Get a Wide Screen version and l'll bet you see them ... IG-88 was there in the background.
Jango Fett's clone son, Baba Fett (i think that it is his name) He wear the outfit similiar to Jango but its only has red outling and the suit is very wore. He's the one that claims Han Solo after Darth Vador frozed him.
