Charge of the Light Brigade is one of the best, but in the 40's and 50's John Ford made a trilogy of films about the US Cavalry! In each of these films, there's a great charge! Try 'em if you like Cavalry flix!

BTW, this wasn't the order in which they were made, but the order the storylines follow. All star John Wayne as a Cavalry officer in different stages in his career. They all also star John Ford's usual suspects; Victor McLaughlin, Ward Bond, Ben Johnson, Harry Carey, Jr., etc.
