It's called "Dueling Banjos" In the movie the two instruments were a banjo and a guitar but the purists have recorded the song many times with two banjos, hence the name.
Google Grand Ol Opry or WSM radio and look around their sites you might find the artists. I know Lester Flatt and Earl Scruggs did one years back...they are the ones that do the theme for Beverlyu Hillbillys.
