Not being sure what kind of movie you're making...
You could make it about something that should be simple, but gets complicated. Like the Mr. Bean shorts.
Idea: "Crossing the Street" (Lots could go wrong while crossing one street.)

I guess the first step would be to decide what kind of movie you want to make. Comedy, drama, action, documentary....etc?
