Pride and Prejudice, with Keira Knightly. I really am not a fan of romance movies but you really cant go wrong with the classics... and a tall sexy man. Multiple tall gorgeous men. Check it out if its your thing.

Something to Talk About with Julia Roberts and Dennis Quade - Not a drama / Romance but more a funny romance that is very funny. I watch it when I need a good laugh, cry, and a sigh!
Lady Jane, it stars Helena Bonham-Carter as Lady Jane Grey (Queen for 9 days) and Cary Elwes (Westley from The Princess Bride) is her husband.
It is in no way historically accurate but it is a beautiful love story.
I also love Moulin Rouge - but some might think it's more of a musical than a drama.
