some time in 2009, but they will need to put in so much action and excitement to hav us all on the edge of our seats again, and apparently tobey maguire is wanting to stay with his daughter Ruby, so it is possible that he won't be in it. in a way this is good, you know, let somebody else have the spotlight for childrens favourite superhero, but it will be very hard for, who ever else may be doing it to live up to tobey's attitude and excellent film viewing that we are now accustomed to. Tobey has just the right look for spiderman, no offence spidey, but geeky. so we will just have to wait and see, 2009
Yes some producers are trying to get another ticket with it with Stan Lee, but theres something going with Toby Migure and hes saying he might try some other movies before doing another one
If they do, it will be a total snooze fest. I went to the 3rd one to see Venom and they totally did him an injustice. He looked more like Carnage then anything else.
I love all 3 movies. 3 was just another good Spiderman movies. If they make another one they will really need to dig deep! The Best Movie of The Year so far is Transformer! I love Spiderman, but they would need to top that!

Spider-man 4 is supposed to come out in late 08/early 09 but Toby wants to see his new baby girl "Ruby" so he might not be there. I loved all the Spidey movies but I won't watch the 4th one without him in it, but can you blame him? He just wants to see his daughter. Man of priority.

sony have comissioned to make 3 more, whether sam raimi or any of the original cast sign up is anyones guess,
