Movie about Black Model Who Goes Back 2 Slave Days?!
Question: Hi! When I was in high school my Afro American history teacher showed us a very powerful movie about a African American woman who is thrust back in time to the slave days when she is modeling in Africa.. I remember she was modeling with a blonde wig and I believe nude. One of the locals saw her and was upset I belive because he felt she has lost touch of her roots so he put a spell on her or something and it sent her back in time.. I remember when she first arrives she is in a cave where they kept a bunch of people who I believe were to be sent to America to become slaves. Frightened she runs out but they grab her, she tries to tell them she is American but they don't care.. It was a really good movie but I can't seem to remember the name of it. I'd love to purchase it someday so if anyone can help me...
