Actually I think the casting of Nicole Kidman was perfect. Daniel Craig...I think they just wanted name value off him.

I'm gonna reserve judgement until I see it. They said Craig would be crap as James Bond as well, and now the consensus is that he may yet turn out to be the best one ever. As for Kidman as Coulter, I think she'll do the job as that amoral ice-queen better than anyone else could (apart from Ann Coulter of course...)
