Trying to find the title of this movie?!
Question: the only scene i remember is when some kids were inside a water tower, and they were daring each other to jump in the water. one of them did, and i cant remembr what happens after that... i'm pretty sure its a childrens/fantasy movie, and that it came out in the late 80's/early 90's
