Question: I watched this movie on basic tv when I was a kid.... There is a old dirty black car that nobody can see in but all i can remember is he was chasing a school bus and kidnaping kids... any clue?

The movie is called "Wheels of Terror" and it originally aired on the USA Network. I don't know if it's commercially available on DVD, but I do have a copy of the movie if you're interested.
