Pirates of The Carribean of course (the expected answer) but watch Sinbad too. its a good movie. or there might be more than one but watever. its good, watch it

The Pirate Movie with Kristy McNichol and Christopher Atkins. It was made in the 80's and is a musical. Also The Princess Bride is kind of piraty. And how about Scooby Doo in Pirates Ahoy! and The Muppets in Treasure Island and the Disney film Treasure Planet. All good kid movies.
Peter Pan. Ther's an animated one and a non-animated one. Thoses are the only ones I can think of.
