Any of the Saw movies. Okay, I haven't actually seen them but that's why, the very thought of some of the traps make me sick.
There was this one, where a guy was tied down to the floor of a pit, and pigs were being sliced up above him, and the guts just kept pouring down on him, so he would die in pig's guts.

House of 1000 Corpses by Rob Zombie. i haven't seen Hostel but i heard it was pretty gruesome as well.
yeah the saw movies,also devil's regects is just gruesome and hostel 2,especially the part when the woman gets a blood bath as she deep cuts a girl who's hanging above her and sickly laughing and enjoying it.SICK
House of 1000 Corpses by far is a sick movie. It's twisted and gorey. I love it!
Aftermath - Nacho Cerde's 25 minute short film about what happens to your body in the morgue. This is probably one of the all time sickies and it will repulse almost anyone that watches it. It really is artistic but it is meant to shock and that it does very well!
One of the sickest movies/doco I saw yes ago was a Nazi one showing the goings on at one of the death camps during WW II.
It really opened my eyes at the reality of what had happened, and I never again doubted what I read about what occurred.
I was only a mid teen in the late 60's, but images of that come back to mind whenever the Holocaust is mentioned.
