The music resembles somewhat to that of mitwaa of KANK. this movie was a B/C grade movie but with lovely music. but since it was a ghatiya film so the music also went down the drain, can anyone plz tell me the name of that movie, when was it released, which big movie was relesed at that time?????????

Yep its from the movie called "yeh kya ho raha hai" . It was released in 2002.
