In "Strange Behavior" 1981, a behavioral psychologist gives injections in the corner of the eye to alter teenagers' behavior. I think she might kill at least one person this way, too. I especially recall this because, having had problems with my eyes throughout my life, this seemed so excruciating.

Louise Fletcher (Nurse Ratched of "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest") plays the certifiably crazy lady, with Fiona Lewis as her assistant.

I can't find a summary that will support my memories. It's been 20+ years since I've seen it. I've seen "Strange Invaders" many more times, but no one seems to want to air "Strange Behavior". If I recall correctly, there were plans to do a "Strange" trilogy, but I haven't found if there ever was one.

Later, I'd go through the icky eye thing again in "Session 9" (2001), in which someone lobotomizes people with a medical instrument, going through the eye to do it. YEESH!

I'll keep trying to think of other films that feature this.

In Halloween II, Michael Myers gives two people lethal injections in the eye. That was made in 1981, so I don't know if that's the movie you mean. You could check it out anyway.

In 'Dead and Buried' a nurse sticks a syringe through a bandaged patient's eye. That's the only one I know of, sorry. I think it was a 70s or early 80s film.
