There is actually no nudity, but there is also very little gore. Others are saying it is incredibly gory, but honestly, the only gore that is shown is very early in the film. To know what scene it is, just watch for a question mark on a guy's stomach. Other than that, there is a bit of blood (again, actually not that bad). The real gore comes in the next 3 installments.
there's no nudity but if you're squeamish i wouldn't recommend it. the film is not that gory but is disgusting and it will seriously mess with your head!!!

No nudity. Lots of gore. Bit of swearing. It's kind of like "Seven" if you've seen that movie.

You'll see one of the best "new" horror films of the last 5 years, and probably one of the top 10 best endings ever.
