I need help in a movie title!?!
Question: I saw this movie long ago (1998) yea long ago. Well this is a terror movie, about this detective that is on a case of strange deaths, and all are linked to some sort of book (novel/comic) that tells like "such and such people are going to die at such place" and this detective goes to "such" place and he looks that its some important person, he goes there and sees the "homeless" guy that is about to kill that person so he goes and grabs him, and he finds out he does not have a gun, but out of nowhere some other homeless dude comes and kill the guy from the window outside the restaurant. Its all about this book that gives clues whats going to happen, so this guy finds out that covers of the book is the map to the town where these books come, and he finds out he can't exit the town, which has a "house-bridge" to enter the town, but he tries to scape but he can't cause its some sort of curse. The Main actor looks like Agent from Matrix.
