Lol, I hope your joking. Star Wars was/is one of the best movies made in America, regardless of genre. If you like something, go ahead and like it, and why be ashamed? Life is too short to worry about whether or not it's "cool". Besides, if you show confidence in what you like, you may lead others to join you....or you'll be mocked and teased. Who cares?

If you worry about what other people think then you might become what they want you to be instead of who you want to be. Not all people who like Star Wars are nerds. I'm sure that if you sat down with them and got to know them, you might find them more interesting than you think. Just remember to be yourself, and not what other people want you to be.
