Name of sci-fi movie where women are only allowed one child or they go to jail?!
Question: I can't remember the name it's probaly from the 90s or late 80s and it is a sci-fi movie where women and men go to jail if they have more than one child. I think the children get turned into cyborgs and are guards at the jail.. Also little chips get planted into the stomachs of the inmates and if they cross a certain line they die. I remember Them using a magnet to get the little chip out of the stomach too. If anyone knows please answer!
