Yes it was called Lifted and a lot of the online copies (on You Tube...etc.) have been blocked (apart from the ones that have music played alongside them as opposed to the sound effects).
I loved that short film, I was the only person in the cinema laughing aloud though, which was a little embarrassing! hehe.
It was called 'Lifted', it will be probably be on the DVD when it comes out
As the other two have mentioned, it is Lifted, and it is available on the DVD. Pixar also has a DVD of just their shorts that just came out, and it is also available on that.
